solid, sturdy boxes. tape and dispensers were useless. buy your tape and don't count on the one that comes with. I thought I ordered the tapes for bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom, but instead was sent to the basement, storage room, bedroom, family room. no biggie but just FYI. I did the work. bubble wrap was enough for a large mirror. If moving again, I would order this. It worked fine for a 1 bedroom.
